Had an emergent need to have my gas line from my stove disconnected on short notice in preparation to have new flooring put in. They were incredibly responsive and the technician came by and helped me and it took him no time at all. The supervisor called me afterwards and told me it would be free of charge due to the little time and effort it took them. I just want to say thank you to Sylvander. They are incredibly customer focused and really care about supporting you. I would recommend them 100%.

Sylvander Heating replaced our aging furnace with a new state of the art heat pump (love it). They were professional, courteous, skilled and timely from sales (James) to install (Jeff, Kevin & Eli). Highly recommend.

I can’t express my gratitude towards sylvander heating. I woke up this morning with no heat. I have two kiddos and was unable to pay anything up front. They worked with me and they were very empathetic to my situation. Within 2 hours of me calling maybe not even that long they were out here found the problem and fixed my furnace for us. Kyle the tech was extremely kind and professional, he had a lot of good insight as well. Will definitely recommend and use in the future!

What a great experience during a difficult time. Christmas brought a special present of a furnace failing. Sylvander was quick to respond, they tried a fixing but the age of the unit required a replacement. The technicians that came to the house did great work, explained the new furnace, and were very respectful. One of the best service calls I have had. Thank you
